Surgical Pass Through Cabinets have recess flanges on both sides. The inner flanges are removable to facilitate sliding into the wall cut-out.
Glass doors are normally fitted on the controlled side with solid stainless doors on the other side. Silicone door gaskets are optional to suppress air passage.
