There are three main uses for the long utility strap :emergency restraining, limb restraint, and mobile restraining.For emergency restraining use the long utility strap with the brown trim to control the upper body. This prevents head butting, biting, and powerful rotational punches.The long utility strap allows control of the limb belts at the ankles and can also be used for mobile restraining. The strap allows the handler to have complete control of the patient's upper body while transporting them. When attached to the limbs, the patient is unable to push the limb straps down. The long utility strap comes with one strap and two button/pin/lanyard locking system.
