A buffered temperature probe, encased in a glycol-filled bottle, simulates stored product temperatures, while an additional sensor monitors air temperature for superior control.
The current and min/max temperatures are displayed to the nearest tenth of a degree in Celsius or Fahrenheit.This model includes audible and visual alarms for temperature fluctuations, power failure, door open, and sensor failure.
